Cheese Puri Recipe – How to make Cheese Puri

Ingredients

75 grams wholewheat flour
75 grams refined flour
8 grams green chillies
10 ml ghee or oil
50 grams onion
150 grams potatoes
50 grams cheese
1 no. lemon
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

How to make Cheese Potato

  • Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
  • Chop onion, green chillies and ginger finely.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon oil and saute onion. Add the chopped ingredients, salt and lemon juice to taste.
  • Mix them well and remove from the fire.
  • Mix grated cheese, flour, ghee and water to make a stiff dough.
  • Knead well till it becomes smooth and then keep it aside for half an hour.
  • Roll out into puris of 7.5 cm diameter and deep fry.
  • Serve the cheese puri hot.

Ingredients

Lemon jello 85 grams (1 pack)
1 cup Mini marshmellows
255 grams  Cream cheese  (3 foil-wrapped packets of philadelphia cream cheese)
113 grams Cool whip whipped cream (approx. 4 ounces)
1 1/2 Mango pulp
2 Ready 10 inch pie crusts

How to make Mango Cheesecake

  • Pour jello pack contents into a large mixing bowl.
  • Boil 1 cup of water and pour boiling water over jello.
  • Stir till jello dissolves in water.
  • Add marshmellows to this mixture and stir well till they completely dissolve.
  • Soften the cream cheese by microwaving it for 2 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese to the jello mixture.
  • Add whipped cream and mango pulp to this mixture and stir well.
  • Blend the mixture in a mixer or food-processor for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the batter into the ready pie crusts and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  • Serve chilled.

6 pcs white bread
2 Boiled potatoes
100 grams paneer
2 teaspoon coriender leaves
1 onion chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 chopped green chillies
4 tablespoon cheese spread

How to make Chilli Cheese Toast

  • Mix potatoes, paneer, onion, coriender, chillies, salt, pepper together.
  • Apply this mixture on bread.Then apply some cheese spread on this.
  • Now bake the bread in pre heated oven for ten minutes.
  • For serving cut the bread into triangle and serve with tomato ketchup.
  • This is very good and quick snack

Ingredients

4 Croissant buns
250 gram cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
2 green chillies
2 pieces of ginger1/2 cup curd
1 teaspoon gram flour
Salt to taste
2 green cardamoms
Oil for fry
1-2 drops of orange colour

How to make Cheese Tikka Croissant

  • Cut the cheese into 1/2 square pieces.
  • Grind green chillies, green cardamoms and ginger.
  • Hang curds in a muslim cloth.
  • Remove all water.
  • Mix together all ingredients and let the cottage cheese marinate for 2-3 hours.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and fry cheese pieces applying a little oil on both sides.
  • Or roast in an oven or tandoor.
  • Now cut the tops of the buns and scoop them
  • Fill the mixture in scooped buns, place the tops, apply a little butter over them and bake in a preheated over for 15 minutes at moderate.
  • When they are done, serve hot.

How to make Cheese Rolls

  • Blend 100 gm cooking cheese and 100 gm butter in a container.
  • Cut bread lengthwise into slices.
  • Apply cheese mixture on each slice and roll it tightly.
  • Put toothpick on the corners so that role does not open.
  • Now refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
  • Now apply butter on it and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Ingredients

1 kg potato (alu)
8-10 green onion (pyaj)
4 tablespoon mustard vegetable (sarson ka sag)
1 teaspoon black pepper powder (kali mirch)
2 tomato (tamatar)
15-120 radish leaves (muli patta)
1 tablespoon spinach (palak)
6 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee)
1 tablespoon bathwa
300 gram cheese
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon poppy seeds (post ke dane)
1 cup sour cream (khatti cream)

How to make Cheese Potato

  • Peel potato and cut in the centre into two halves.
  • Finely chop green onions and tomatoes.
  • Finely chop radish leaves, spinach, bathua and mustard vegetable.
  • Grease the baking tray with ghee and put poppy seeds.
  • Now place potatoes from the cut side.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 400 degree Fahrenheit for 1/2 an hour.
  • Beat cream and cheese in a container.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry onions until it turns pink.
  • Then add tomatoes, salt and black pepper powder.
  • Also add cream and cheese.
  • Then add mustard vegetable and fry for a minute.
  • Pour this on potatoes and serve hot.

Cheese Pizza Recipe – How to make Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

4 medium pizza bases
For topping
200 grams onion (chopped)
250 gms pizza cheese (shredded)
200 grams tomatoes (chopped)
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
125 grams capsicum (chopped)
100 grams mushroom (sliced)
Salt & black pepper powder (to taste)

How to make Cheese Paratha

  • Preheat the oven on convection mode at 250 degree Celsius.
  • Spread tomato sauce on each pizza base
  • For topping, mix all chopped vegetables and seasoning. Microwave the chopped vegetables in a microwave safe bowl for 30 secs. at 100% power.
  • Apply tomato sauce on each pizza base. Now spread the vegetable topping on each pizza base along with the sliced mushrooms.
  • Sprinkle grated pizza cheese at the top of each pizza.
  • Bake on non-stick tawa on the high rack at 250 degree Celsius for 10 – 15 mins (till the cheese melts).
  • Cut into pieces and serve with sauce

Wheat Flour 1 ½ cup
Coriander Leaves chopped a  few
2 Onions finely chopped
1 green chilli  finely chopped
Water to knead
Cheese  grated long 250 grams
1 tablespoon  Pepper powder
Salt to taste

How to make Cheese Paratha

  • Mix cheese,onion,chilli,pepper,corainder together in a bowl and keep aside
  • Prepare dough like you would for chapati/roti.
  • Roll out 2 medium sized thick chapatis
  • Take 4 tbsp of the filling and spread on one of the rotis.
  • Take the second roti and stick it on top of the first roti that has the filling
  • Heat your girdle well. Apply butter or ghee on it and place your roti. Let cook on
  • medium heat until browned. Repeat the same with the other side. Make sure not to
  • flip the roti many times as the filling may spill out
  • Serve hot with Ketchup.

250 gram potato
100 gram beans
100 gram peas
100 gram cheese
1 carrot
3 bread slices, crumbs

Powdered ginger, green chilly, red chilly, a lemon, salt

How to make Cheese Pakora

  • Boil the vegetables and mash them.
  • Add ginger, green chilly, salt, lemon and bread crumbs to the boiled vegetables and give small ball shape to it.
  • Add ginger, green chilly, red chilly and salt to the cheese.
  • Now, fill in each vegetable balls, the cheese mixture and fry it.
