How to make Spinach Soup
- Wash the spinach leaves and remove the thick stems.

How to make Potato Soup
- In a large soup pot, sauté onion and garlic in butter for 3 to 5 minutes, until onions are soft.

How to make Tamatar Soup
- Put the tomatoes in boiling water for 2 min.
- Then immediately transfer them to ice-cold water.

How to make Tamatar Ka Shorba
- First of all wash the tomatoes and cut them into 4 parts.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook tomatoes along with chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies and whole Garam Masala.
- Now add bay leaf and 5 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
- Cook it on a low flame for 20 minutes until tomatoes are mashed completely.
- Strain the mixture with a soup strainer. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, let those splutters, and add above prepared tomato liquid and season with salt.
- Bring it to a boil, add sugar if it is very sour.
- Garnished it with chopped green coriander leaves.
- Tamatar ka shorba is ready. Serve it hot.
