This salad is as fresh as it is appealing!
Turmeric - a pinch
Green chilli (cut) - 1 No.
Onion (finely cut) - ½
Green Mango – 1 No.
Red chilli powder - ¼ tsp
Method Of Preparation:
- Cut mango in small cubes.
- Cut onions and add to the mangoes.
- Add turmeric and red chilli powder. Toss well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Add salt before you serve so that water is not released in advance.
- If mango is sour, you could add a little sugar too.
