Curd is a byproduct of milk and is very popularly called as Dahi in India. Curd is found in most of the houses in India and is used very extensively. Curd is good in calcium and hence is considered very well for the bones.
Curd – 1 cup
Bathua – ½ cup, boiled and mashed
Cumin (Jeera) powder – 1 tsp roasted
Salt – as required
Red chili powder – as per taste
Method Of Preparation:
1)Take curd and stir it using a hand mixer (Mathani).
2)To this now add the bathua paste, and keep mixing it well. In case if appears thick add a little milk to it.
3)To this now add cumin powder, chili powder and salt. And mix it well.
4)This needs to be refrigerated for close to an hour.
5)This can be served along with Rice and paratha.
