Onion or Pyaaz as it is known in India is one of the most commonly used ingredients in the Kitchen. As a matter of fact, it is found in most of the gravies that are cooked. Onions are a very good source of sulphur and are used in lot of medicinal preparations.
Curd – ½ kg
Onions – 2 nos, chopped finely
Green chili – 1 nos, chopped finely
Ginger – 1 nos, chopped finely
Coriander leaves – as require, chopped finely
Oil – 1 tsp for tadka
Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Method Of Preparation:
1)Take the curd and beat it well
2)To it, add green chili, coriander leaves, salt and onions
3)Take a large spoon, and add some oil in it and heat it. Once heated add some mustard seeds.
4)Add this to the curd and keep mixing it well.
5)Refrigerate it for close to couple of hours.
6)This can be served with rice.
