Arhar Dal is mostly get used in India for almost all type of curry. It is very tasty & healthy. Following is the list of ingredients and the process to prepare the Tomato Soup.
Arhar Dal - 50 gms
Crushed Tomato - 50 gms
Ginger Paste (Adrak) - 1 tea spoon
Garlic paste (Lasan) - 1 tea spoon
Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta) 7 – 8 (leaves of Kadi Patta)
Ghee (butter) - 2 tea spoon
Salt and pepper (Mirch Powder) - as per taste
Water - 3 Glass
Haldi (Turmeric Powder) - ¼ tea spoon
Butter - 2 tea spoon
Method of Preparation
1)Boil the arhar dal in pressure cooker very well.
2)Take a pan, than melt butter in it and add the curry leaves, tomato puree, ginger, garlic paste and then fry it for some time properly.
3)After fringe add salt, turmeric powder and boiled dal.
4)Add more water if you need.
5)Boil it for 5 – 10 minute.
6)Dress up it with some lemon rings and also put some boiled rice around it.
